Universal magnetic boards

Universal magnetic boards are used to connect special metal profiles in the process of concreting of panels with complex side surfaces’ configurations.

The boards are equipped with turning strapping anchors that can have a retracted position which allows to align the top surface of the concrete product easily.
 

The special metal profiles can have different configurations of the working surface. The sides of the profiles are designed to make the process of their junction easier.

To make the deforming process easier the top part of the profile is removable.

The metal profiles are securely fastened to the stationary profiles with the help of welded bolts inside of them.

Universal Boards can also be used with wooden formwork. Wooden profiles are fastened with screws. The boards have special holes for these operations.
