The company owns a personal production base which is located is in the Leningrad region, and its total area is 1200 m2. Its purpose is the design/production of high precision devices for the production of concrete products such as:
• moulds (metal moulds) for concrete
• magnetic snap;
• special moulds.
Due to the advanced equipment available at the enterprise, orders are implemented in a time and have proper quality. Through the operation of machinery of the company is production various of high quality:
• magnetic systems;
• snap-ins for line circulation;
• forms for concrete products.
The CNC machines and Trumpf’s set of high-precision laser cutting machine are used to perform processing operations. Laser cutting gives a possibility to obtain perfect work pieces for the further assembling or welding. Tailor-made special stocks made in Germanyare used for welding components of side rigging. Special welding technology allows our specialists to obtain the proper geometry magnetic of a magnetic board or a form element.
Nowadays the company is processing up to 60 tons of steel per month in rigging and moulds manufacturing. The serial production volume is:
• not less than 500 magnetic systems per month;
• up to 300 magnetic boards of various lengths per month;
• up to 1,000 brackets per month.
The production staff numbers 30 engineers and machine-operators. Each employee is highly-professional and has a reach experience in metalworking and manufacturing sphere. Competent staff united by the years of collaboration produces only high quality and worthy products.
